5. Security

6. Validity of Orders
For each product, a minimum order quantity is defined per product, as well as a corresponding maximum order. The company KYPREIKA recognizes as valid and to be executed order only those that meet the terms of use and one of the payment methods has been executed. Only then will the order be executed.
7. Products
The customer is informed about the availability of the products through appropriate verbal indications and via e-mail from the staff of our company. The products are marked MINIMUM and MAXIMUM order. In general, the products presented are only those that are immediately available.

8. Product Returns
Product returns are accepted only after consultation between the company KYPREIKA and the customer. The desire to return must be known by the customer within 3 working days of receipt via email: shop@kypreika.net Returns are accepted only if the products are in the same condition as you received them, without opening the manufacturer's packaging and are accompanied by the Retail Receipt or the Sales Invoice. The costs of receiving the product and sending it to the headquarters of our company are borne by the customer.
9. Returns of defective products upon delivery
In case a product is considered defective upon delivery, the customer is obliged to notify our company and after consultation always, its return will be charged by our company. In this case, the return of the defective product can be done either by the customer himself at the headquarters of the company, or by sending it, the company is charged with the costs of receipt, by means of its absolute choice and after consultation of the customer himself with the staff of the Online Store of KYPREIKA. The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery will be accepted within 3 calendar days from their delivery to the customer. At the same time, the product must not be damaged and must have all the original documents that accompanied the Shipping Note-Sales Invoice, and its complete packaging.
